- If, within 7 days, you wish to return an item for any reason the item must not have been used/opened and in resell-able and working order, if this criteria is met the customer will be fully responsible for shipping the item/items back to us, this is to protect us from any form of collection fee we might experience and upon receipt of goods a refund will be issued should the item be in suitable condition. An email must also be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org stating the reason for the return, serial number of the item and contact details so that the item can be booked in correctly upon arrival.
- You must inspect the goods on delivery or collection. You have 7 days to inform us of any issues with the product including any damages or shortages, you must inform us in writing with proof of purchase and a description of the issue to email@example.com. Depending on the fault and the item, we may arrange collection of the goods or ask you to return the goods to us. You bear the risk and cost of returning the goods. - If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the expected delivery date and you will have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. A refund would be made in this instance.
All PRODEM products come with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty. Therefore if you have any manufacturing issues with your item supplied by us you are covered. As we are an approved PRODEM dealer, we are able to arrange for your item to be dropped into your local dealer. They can (depending on the issue) have your parts waiting for your arrival, and therefore your item will be back up and running as soon as possible.
